Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms apply when you use wildcode.tech and the Wildcode client portal. A project itself is governed by the proposal or agreement we sign with you; if that document and these terms differ, the signed document wins.
Using the website
You may browse the site and contact us for any lawful purpose. Please don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the portal, send us malicious code, or copy the site's content for commercial use without permission.
Proposals and quotes
Prices on the website are indicative. A quote or proposal is binding only once both sides accept it in writing or by electronic signature, and it is valid for the period stated on it.
Client portal accounts
- Accounts are created by us for our clients and the people they nominate.
- Keep your password and two-step verification codes private. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us at once at admin@wildcode.tech if you think someone else has used it.
- We may suspend access that puts the service or other clients at risk.
Payments
Invoices are due by the date shown on them. Late payments may pause work on the project as set out in the agreement. Payments made through the portal are processed by our payment provider under its own terms.
Intellectual property
The website's design, text and code belong to Wildcode. Unless the project agreement says otherwise, ownership of the work we create for you passes to you when it has been paid for in full. We may keep using our general tools, know-how and pre-existing code, and we may mention the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Confidentiality
We keep the information you share with us about your business confidential and use it only to deliver your project.
Liability
We take care to keep the website and portal accurate and available, but they are provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim connected with the website or portal is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site or portal after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, unless your project agreement says otherwise.
